Who We Are
evry.space identified a need for a system to streamline the
management of temporary space in shopping centres.
Our Story
Using our in-depth knowledge of the property industry combined with our web marketing skills, we created the evry.space Temporary Space Management System.
Over the years the system has evolved and improved to what is now an industry standard, being used as far away as Australia to manage the complex issues involved in managing many and varied temporary spaces in numerous shopping centres.
The system has recently been expanded to enable the marketing and management of serviced and temporary office lets.
In Action
The evry.space system is currently in use managing the temporary space in shopping centres across Australia, UK and Singapore, with worldwide expansion continuing through 2025 onwards.
Already JLL Australia has grown their Specialty Mall Leasing department, with the help of our system, from managing 11 centres in 2011 to over 145 centres today and still growing.
